Production process
Each product of "Dzulakentron" OJSC goes through several stages, thanks to which high-quality castings, grinding balls and semi-finished products are produced. The casting production process begins with melting the metal in an induction furnace, then pouring it into molds and finally heat treating it. Grinding balls are obtained by cutting the roll in a rolling mill, and semi-finished products by melting the metal in an induction furnace, pouring it into a continuous casting machine and finally heat treating it.
